Kalabhavan Mani's brother Kannan makes his entry to the silver screen with the film 'Canvas' directed by debutant Shaji Rajasekhar. Under the banner of Techno Media, Pramosh is producing the film. Mani dons the role of an artist named Manaf Hussain. Manaf once invites an actress to stage a drama which was based on a novel 'Yayathi' and the movie progresses from here.
